Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
Compassion-Focused Therapy integrates cognitive behavioral therapy with concepts from evolutionary psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology, Buddhist psychology, and neuroscience. It aims to help people develop and work with experiences of inner warmth, safeness and soothing, via compassion and self-compassion.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy has its roots in existing evidence-based therapies like EMDR but achieves benefits much more rapidly. ART is best for people suffering from trauma and other mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), etc.
Mindfulness is fully attending to what’s happening, to what you’re doing, to the space you’re moving through. It’s about being fully present and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. This approach can help you reduce stress, make better decisions, gain insight into your own mind, and connect better with others.
